CSA Fraternal Life Selects United Systems and Software, Inc.

United Systems and Software, Inc., Lake Mary, Fl, announced that CSA Fraternal Life of Oak Brook, Illinois has licensed USSI’s USS913e Individual Life and Health Insurance System to provide front and back-end policy servicing and processing. With the new system, CSA will also have the ability to web enable all of their products. USS913 is a comprehensive integrated administration system, including document imaging and COLD storage. The new software will allow CSA Fraternal Life to become a “Paperless Office” and will facilitate customer service through efficiency, greatly reducing the cost of administering CSA’s policies. In addition CSA has Licensed USSI’s Flexible Annuity Feature, Interest Sensitive Feature, and the Automated Policy Printing System (APPS), all which will provide CSA a way to increase their presence in the market place in a cost effective manner.
